Executive Assistant

Job Description

Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-suite leadership. This individual will manage complex schedules, coordinate executive travel, and serve as a trusted partner while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to C-level executives
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinate domestic and/or international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Manage last-minute travel changes and scheduling adjustments
  • Prepare expense reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Coordinate executive meetings and track follow-up items and deadlines
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing priorities

Requirements:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives
  • Must have hands-on experience coordinating executive travel and detailed itineraries
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29-$32/hour
